If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
lakiwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
